
Artifact 1: Educational Game Rubric
Standard 1d:
Students understand the fundamental concepts of technology operations, demonstrate the ability to choose, use and troubleshoot current technologies and are able to transfer their knowledge to explore emerging technologies.
This artifact I designed is a rubric for evaluating my selected online educational game.
Artifact 2: Educational Game
Standard 2b:
Students engage in positive, safe, legal and ethical behavior when using technology, including social interactions online or when using networked devices.
This project that I devised, is a safe and friendly online educational game. It will not only enhance learning capability but, as well as reading skills.
Artifact 3: Technology Assessment
Standard 3b:
Students evaluate the accuracy, perspective, credibility and relevance of information, media, data or other resources.
This artifact made me aware of the credibility each technology tool had to offer. Doing this assignment me me realize the potential of each tool.
Artifact 4: Digital Safety Reflection
Standard 4a:
Students know and use a deliberate design process for generating ideas, testing theories, creating innovative artifacts or solving authentic problems.
This reflection was based off my digital safety presentation. My reflection included the process of researching data of Sexting and Textual Harassment and how to prevent the problem.
Artifact 5: Assure Lesson Plan
Standard 5b:
Students collect data or identify relevant data sets, use digital tools to analyze them, and represent data in various ways to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.
Creating this lesson plan made me realize that I will have at least one student with a disability and this ASSURE Lesson plan will help me in making accommodations for my student.
Artifact 6: LiveBinder
Standard 6c:
Students communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively by creating or using a variety of digital objects such as visualizations, models or simulations.
In this LiveBinder, constructed various resources for students and future educators. These resources can help teachers with teaching aid and online education games for students.
Artifact 7: Digital Safety
Standard 7d:
Students explore local and global issues and use collaborative technologies to work with others to investigate solutions.
In my presentation, I defined the digital safety of Sexting and Textual Harassment. I discussed the consequences of this matter and how parents can be involved.
